When will The Loyal Mark dog tags launch?+
Three personalized dog tag designs are in the workshop now — the Bone Tag, the Keepsake Locker, and the Silicone Tag. We're finishing the first small batches and will email the waitlist the day each design opens for order. Waitlist customers get first pick.
Can I engrave both sides of the dog tag?+
Yes. Every dog tag is engraved on both sides at no extra charge. Standard format is your dog's name on the front and your phone number on the back, but you can customize the back with an address, personalized message, or "If found, please call."
What materials are The Loyal Mark dog tags made from?+
The Bone Tag is solid stainless steel, deep-engraved so the lettering will not fade. The Keepsake Locker is brushed stainless steel keychain with a laser-engraved portrait of your dog. The Silicone Tag is soft, silent, food-grade silicone with a flexible black ring — gentle on furniture, quiet on collars.
Where do you ship custom dog tags from?+
Every personalized dog tag is engraved by hand and shipped from our Vaughan, Ontario workshop. Free shipping on Canadian orders over $99. Standard delivery across Canada is 3–6 days from order; USA delivery is 5–9 days.
Do you make dog tags for puppies and small breeds?+
Yes. The Silicone Tag is lightweight and ideal for puppies, small breeds, and senior dogs. The Bone Tag and Keepsake Locker are sized for medium to large breeds — most comfortable on collars 3/4" wide and up.
How is The Loyal Mark different from Etsy or Amazon dog tags?+
Most Etsy and Amazon dog tags are mass-engraved in China, drop-shipped, with fading laser-print. Ours are deep-engraved by hand in Canada, made in small batches, and built to last the life of the collar — and beyond. We also stand behind every tag with a 30-day no-questions return policy.
