Every piece is made to order in Mississauga, Ontario, by our Canadian fulfillment partner. Here's exactly what to expect.

Production

2 to 5 business days from the moment you place your order. Personalized pieces with a custom embroidered name add 1 to 2 days to the production window because the name is digitized and stitched individually.

Shipping times after production

Free shipping

Free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $99 CAD. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of the order.

US and international orders are calculated at checkout. We don't currently offer free international shipping.

Made in Canada means no customs for Canadian customers

If you're in Canada, your order never crosses a border. No customs forms, no duty fees, no waiting on packages held at the border. This is one of the main reasons The Loyal Mark exists. If you've ever ordered embroidered apparel from a US or UK brand, you know the customs surprise. We've eliminated it.

For US and international customers, your order is subject to your country's own customs and duty rules. We can't predict or control those fees.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you don't see the email within 7 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email support@theloyalmark.com with your order number and I'll dig it up for you.

Holiday cutoffs

For pieces to arrive by major holidays, order by these dates:

• Mother's Day (Canada): order by April 25
• Father's Day (Canada): order by May 30
• Christmas (Canada): order by December 12
• Christmas (United States): order by December 5
• Christmas (International): order by November 30

Personalized pieces should be ordered a few days earlier than these dates to allow for the longer production window.
