What sizes do you offer, and do they run true to size?

Most pieces come in sizes XS through 3XL in unisex sizing. The hoodies and crewnecks run true to size for a regular fit. If you like an oversized look, size up by one. Each product page has a full size chart with chest and length measurements in inches and centimetres.

If you're between sizes and unsure, email me with your chest measurement and I'll tell you exactly which size to pick.

How do I care for the embroidery?

Embroidered pieces last for years if you treat them right. Here's what works:

  • Wash inside out, on a cold cycle, with similar colours
  • Use a gentle detergent
  • Skip the bleach
  • Hang dry when possible, or tumble dry on low
  • Do not iron directly over the embroidery. If you need to iron the garment, flip it inside out and iron around the stitched area

Done this way, the embroidery will outlast the rest of the garment.

How long does production take?

Every piece is made to order at our fulfillment partner's facility in Mississauga, Ontario. Production takes 2 to 5 business days from the moment you place your order.

For personalized pieces with a custom name, production is on the longer end of that window because the name has to be digitized and stitched individually.

How long does shipping take after production?

Shipping times depend on where you are:

A full timeline from order to delivery is roughly 4 to 9 business days for Canadian orders and 7 to 15 business days for US orders. Personalized pieces add 1 to 2 days on the production end.

What is the custom name embroidery, and how does it work?

For most pieces, you can add your dog's name as embroidered text for an extra $12. The name gets stitched on the chest or sleeve, depending on the garment.

Limits:

  • Up to 12 characters, including spaces
  • Letters and numbers only
  • No profanity or offensive terms (I check every one)

The name is stitched in a clean serif font that matches the brand. If you want to preview how a name will look, send me an email and I'll mock it up before you order.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or with a clear quality issue. The piece is made just for you and the name can't be removed cleanly without damaging the garment.

If anything is wrong with a personalized order, email me a photo at support@theloyalmark.com and I'll replace it at no cost.

What's the return policy on non-personalized items?

Standard pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging. Email support@theloyalmark.com with your order number to start a return.

Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived defective or different from what was ordered. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

I don't offer direct exchanges right now. If you need a different size or colour, return the original and place a new order.

Do I pay customs or duty on my order?

If you're in Canada, no. Every order ships domestically from Mississauga, Ontario. No customs forms, no duty fees, no surprises at the door.

If you're in the United States or international, your order may be subject to your country's customs and duty rules. The Loyal Mark doesn't control those fees and can't refund them.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping on Canadian orders over $99 CAD. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

How do I contact you?

The fastest way is email: support@theloyalmark.com. I answer every message personally, usually within 24 hours on weekdays. Slightly longer on weekends because I'm with the baby.
