At The Loyal Mark , customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Used or damaged products (unless received damaged)
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
